Met Great-Grandma Clara today! She’s awesome.

Michigan City, as it turns out, is far away. Dad gets grumpy when Highway 421 detours.

We’ve got ants in our pantry. Mom and Dad cleaned out the cupboards.

No walk today. 

FACT: Most anxieties are no match for the Crinkly Blanket!

Dad says Mom used to wear hats a lot when they first met. Must be one of those genetic things, ’cause I’ve got hats too. 

The ‘rents are trying to get me to eat from a bottle again, in preparation for something or someone called Tuesday. Don’t know how I feel about this Tuesday.

Got this cool hand-me-down from cousin Henry; I think it’s called a Johanna Jump-Up.

The box says it’s going to improve my gross motor skills, balance, and grasp of cause and effect. Dad says that last part is what the huge, powerful spring up top of the straps is for. He and Mom cackled a little when he said that. I wonder why.

First thing I ever picked up off the table and threw on the floor.

It’s gonna be a great summer.
