Mom and I are helping Elijah’s Boy Scout troop repaint a room at his church.

Ssh. Dad’s out of town. He doesn’t know we’re working on the bathroom.

So what’s with this gigantic pile of dirt in front of my friend Patrick’s house?

Do they have giant ants?

Is it for building the biggest sand castle ever?

Are they, perhaps, digging a pooooool?

We asked Rose what she wanted to do and she said, “Clean the backyard.”

So that is what we are doing!
