Dad went back to LA because he had to work. Now there’s nothing left but for us to lounge around in the giant clawfoot tub.

Put some of my newest works up for the critique at Grandma’s watercolor class. My pieces caused quite a stir. Then we took them home to Grandma’s house and her dogs ate them. I guess they know how to really appreciate good art.

Went to an art show in Lockport where Grandma had a piece. New York State sure has interesting tree colors*. The Kenan Center even had pink ones. We went to see the locks on the Erie Canal, too.

 

(*I’ve heard this is related to something called ‘seasons’.)
