It’s my birthday! I’m having a party next week at home, but tonight Aunt Jen (Buffalo Aunt Jen, not Valparaiso Aunt Jen) and cousin Hannah came over for dinner with their new little dog Charlie.

Cousins are best… to beat at Qwirkle! I played with cousins Don, Hannah, Isabel, and Joe. Actually Joe won, but I was right behind him.

It’s freezing out, everything is covered in snow, but all the galleries are still packed for First Fridays in Buffalo. We saw a lot of art in all different galleries in Allentown. These sculptures are Deborah Stewart’s. Mom took a class from her at the Buffalo Art Studio way back when. And we passed Nietzsche’s bar on the way here, where Dad’s band used to play.
