Finally the 100-day object is complete. With this I can transport myself to distant worlds and wreak havoc on other creatures.

At least, if I painted numbers on the sides I could.

Alright. I’ve filled in all the sides.

We’re doing this thing for our hundredth day of school where we make something out of 100 small objects.

I chose Qtips.

They were passing out bindis at school.

(What do you mean this isn’t a bindi? What is it for, then?)

OMG Look how much attention I am paying.

The other kids like it when Mom comes to volunteer at the parent table because she is really challenging. At least, that’s what I tell Mom. (That’s Ms. Morgan-Arnold in the picture, though.)

In the park after school. This is Fiona.

We’re hunting invisible bears and rattlesnakes that are after us because Tea has the key to their next world and she lost it, so they’re mad and trying to find a map to the school.

Earthquake drill. Sitting in the sun for 30 minutes. Yup. Feeling safe.

Dad’s walking me to school today! Weird.

Check out the holes in the sidewalk. Some of those spots were perfectly fine, and they trampled the new drought-resistant plants when they did the work. Mom was mad.

Penguins! I had to write a book report that was non-fiction, so I got this out of the school library. It’s pretty good.

Later, we watched ‘March of the Penguins’. I cried when the mommy penguins left the baby penguins.

It’s time for the Pancake Breakfast and Book Fair at school! We have a castle.
